We are Independent Financial Advisers, and as such can offer
you unbiased financial and mortgage advice from the marketplace as a
whole.
Our Office is situated in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. However, you will also find Mike Oliver Associates in locations such as Woking, Crawley, Wandsworth and West Norwood, where we work with some of our professional introducers. We are able to provide consultations at our Head Office or any of our introducer locations. If you prefer we can visit you in the comfort of your home or place of work. Although the majority of our clients reside throughout West Sussex & Surrey, due to our work with introducers, we have clients across most of the South East and in some instances much further afield. However, using the latest technology we can provide services throughout the whole of the UK.
With our extensive experience in Financial Services we can
provide a flexible, comprehensive and professional service. You can have confidence in the knowledge and guidance we can
offer.
We are committed to helping individuals and families with their Financial and Mortgage planning. We also assist many of the small business community in the Haywards Heath and surrounding areas with their Pension and Protection provisions. repayments on your mortgage.
We will normally charge an administration fee of £199.00 in addition to any commission received from the lender. As an alternative, we can work on a pure fee basis of 1% of the loan amount, subject to a minimum fee of £500.
